i was discharged from military after they discovered i did not give up full custody of my child, after permant party.

You cannot sue the military. If you want to get back in the military depending on your RE Code, you may qualify for a waiver.

Sorry but you wouldn't win...

With all that you have told us it seems you falsified government documents which means you were not honest. The military has resrictions on how many dependents you can have due to the fact the lower ranks do not get paid very well and they know you would not be able support your family. It seems you tried working the system and they busted you.

It sounds like you were either discharged for the lack of a family care plan (no way to take care of your daughter if you got deployed) or for a fraudulent enlistment (concealing the custody status of your daughter when you enlisted.

Either way - there is no way for you to sue and win.

Further to that, suing the military is impossible. You should have read all your fine print when you signed the line, and probably not have falsified documents!

You lied when you enlisted and withheld the fact that you are a single mom with noone to take care of your kid. Go to court and make a fool of yourself.
