It's always good to have the parents' blessing. You could find out what her parents didn't like and work on that. However, if you and her are already financially indepedent, mature adults, ultimately, the decision lies with you and her. Cause its both are you thats gonna spend the rest of your lives together and not anyone else.

Sounds like maybe your still married,if so get your divorce and marry the girl if she'll have you.I also hope this girl is over 18,if so her parents will just have to deal with it,live your life,not theirs.
