I problem you may be facing is that this question is not as cut and dry as the other people who responded seem to thing. Yes you can say "a virgin is someone who never had sex" but then you bring up the equally difficult question of what is sex. If you were raped, you were penitrated, does that constitute sex? What if you are with a woman, why does this not count as sex? Or what about oral sex or anal sex, they have sex right in the term, so then if they count, the hymen is not 'broken' for these actions?, do they count? Also what about masturbation, if you 'break' your hymen then? Another thing to consider is that not everyone woman is born with a hymen at all, others are 'broken' in childhood during sports or whatever, and some women are born with a hymen so thick it has to be cut by a dr. My advice is to figure out how you define sex, and when you have done that willingly(i do not believe assault counts) you are no longer a virgin. But by any account, I wouldnt worry about it too much, its just a word, and a pretty stupid one at that, like a women(or a man for that matter) is any more valuable if they have not had sex. Be proud of who you are, and remember you could not be that person if you didnt have all the experiances you have. I hope I helped.

Well most would say if you've never had sexual intercourse before then you're a virgin, which is what i believe. But there are some people who define "virgin" in different ways, for instance, some may think if you've ever fooled around w/ a guy that you're not a virgin (these are pretty strict people no offense).
