Just the way she is...
It's different for everyone. My GF has this drive in her career, and when I watch her work she makes me so hot. This would only happen to me since I own a corporation and am driven as well.
The smart ones will watch their SO's like she watches me and finds out what sticks in my craw, then she very subtly picks away at it when I have my guard down to see what kind of a rise she'll get and how far she can go out of bounds.
This constant chipping away and building up, the back and forth are what drive us crazy and you girls know it. All you have is time on your hands to think of ways to torture us with this pain and pleasure technique to bend us to your will. All the while we thought we had control over the whole situation this whole time.
God, I love her!

Of course. Some women unconsciously exude sexuality. It is in her dress but primarily in body language that says I want a man to do things to me.
