Yes, property gained through illegal endeavors should be forfeit to the state. Since illegals are committing a criminal action by being in this country, everything they acquire while they are here should be confiscated when they are deported - just like drug dealers lose their cars, boats and homes.
Does anyone still beleieve the fairy tale that the economy depends on the illegals? What a hoot.

I don't know, but some of them are quite wealthy from the drug trade and the human trafficking trade, as well as normal construction industry contracting. Yes we still have a form of slavery in the USA. Check it out. Doesn't matter if you call it bonded indebtedness or indentured servitude, a couple of million people in the USA are in a form of enforced servitude.
We could save enough money on law enforcement, until they found a new bogeyman, and on social services, that might offset the costs of the other illegals.
Can we please get a sane immigration policy that encourages highly skilled, educated immigrants to come here? I am thinking Doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals for a start. Maybe even some teachers. Maybe we could reduce the phenomenal medical costs that are ruining our country, and reduce the access time to medical care.
I am USA citizen, but have gone to other countries to receive medical care. Those countries had socialized medicine, but being an American I still had to pay full price. Medical costs, pharmaceutical costs, travel costs, and other expenses combined were less than my deductibles would have been here, AND, I was able to receive excellent medical care more quickly than I could in the USA.

While being here is not legal, obtaining property is not. When people are obtaining property, they are paying taxes in doing so.. Don't get me wrong, I am against illegal immigration, but this is not a fascist state and that would probably constitute cruel and unusual punishment.

No, because the US economy would be in shambles because you just deported 11 million workers. Get real.

Yep should be passed as law, if they have made any gains in this country whilst being illegal then their assets should be seized.
