Uhh I don't think there is a medicine; it's not like take 2 tylenol or some chicken soup and vitamin C and Afrin and it goes away.

Abortion, adoption or raise it are her options.

abortion is a choice. women or girls in this case should have the choice don't listen to all those pro life people. raising a child by your self is the hardest thing your friend will ever have to do. I personally couldn't carry a child for 9 months then just give it up. I was a single mother but I was 23 at the time. it was a constant struggle. I never moved home with my parents, but they helped me as much as they could. I always worked full time. but you see this was my choice. it all depends on the person. abortion is not murder! it is a right. it is her body and if she feels this is not something she can handle then get her the right information so she can make an educated choice on her own. she is the one that has to live with it. not anyone else. maybe after this scare she will learn to use better forms of contraception. never trust a man to provide those kinds of things. you are the one who has to deal with the pregnancy not him.

Tell your genius friend to go to the doctor and get a pregnancy test. At two weeks, she's not sure if she hasn't been. RU486 is called the morning after pill. It is not available in the United States. If there were other non-harmful drugs known to cause spontaneous abortion 100% of the time, everyone would know it. If she takes some wacko's advice and does something stupid like eating a whole bottle of Tylenol, she could cause permanent injury to herself, and if she is in fact pregnant, increase the risk of birth defects in her fetus.

Best advice: Send her to a doctor.

I'd very much doubt that at 2 weeks she would know for definite she was pregnant. There is nothing she can do if she is tho but see her doctor asap.Tell her next time to go on pill or not to have sex and the morning after pill will not work now it has to be taken within 48 hours

She really needs to go see her doctor, if she tries to get rid of the pregnancy herself if could be life threatening to her. Tell her to make an appointment first thing in the morning, they will refer her to the hospital where they have choices about which is the best way to terminate the pregnancy.

In my personal opinion (which could be worth something - or not)...
They should NOT get rid of one of G-d's creations...no matter how young they may be...(unless they are under 13)...have them speak with their parents, their doctor and maybe adoption is a thought for the future...?
I hope everything turns out well...it's no fun to be in that type of situation!

Go to Planned Parenthood and talk to people that can help them make a mature and educated decision. Regardless of public opinion PP does not "force" abortions....they helped a family friend put her baby up for adoption.

The best advise you can give this girl is to tell her to come clean with her parents.....NOW!!! Something as serious as this is none of your business. Don't get yourself in this mix......it is her and the boyfriend's problem to solve. If you suggested something that was dangerous and something happened then you would have to live with that guilt for the rest of your life.
