Why do men only call when they want something? Not just sex either!?

First let me say I don't have any female friends, so all of my acquaintances are guys. I call them friends once they have proven to be, so I only have like 2 friends. But whether they are a friend or acquaintances they are always hinting at sex in some way or another, but nobody will come out and say will you be my girlfriend? Although I'm only interested in being serious with 1 of them!

I know guys that will just drop by to talk or drink with their buddies, call when they are lonely or have some news to share, or drop emails now and then. Then again I know guys that will do neither and get upset when you don't call them (lol). So I would have to say it depends on the individual. Not everyone is a like.

Men being men will always have some hidden agenda.Since you have only men around you its quite obvious one of the agenda is having sex with you.They think you are vulnerable and thus drop in hints to let you know their intention.But they are also value your friendship in the sense no one has approached you to be their girl friend.They also know of your intention of being serious with one of them.Men are selfish in many ways and naturally would call when they want something.Even being friends with you is because of selfish motive.Once their need is satisfied then they turn their back on you.So do be careful.Judging by your question you have handled them very well so far.Hats off.A job well done.Its the weaker and emotional moments you should be careful. Its in these type of moments they tend to exploit your frame of mind and fulfil their wishes.But you are made of sterner stuff as far as i am concerned.So good luck.

I have male friends and they don't hint at sex when I hang out with them. If they tend to call when they want something, you have made yourself very available to them (maybe a little too available). A book that I would suggest you read is "He Is Just Not That Into You", that book was written by a man and it breaks down the common male behaviors towards the opposite sex in the dating game. Believe me, if the one guy you really like was just as into you as you are to him - he would have made his move already.

I would say that you have relationship problems. No female friends?? Hmmmmm.......that should be a concern of yours. You probably give the air of being easy and a tease around these guys. I have real male friends and that does not happen. I have a circle of various friends which includes wonderful female friends who are the ones that keep me grounded. Before you are "serious with one of them"......you need some counseling on the way you behave and your lack of female friends, sweetie.

Androgynous. i used to be fairly androgynous in my college days. Had long frizzy black hair all the way down to my shoulders. human beings reported I gave the impact of Gene Simmons. additionally I used to positioned on skinny denims, making the image much extra puzzling.
