i hooked up with a girl and then i text her "Hey" a few hours later she texts "Hi!!" and that was the end of that. the next day (on a saturday) i called her that evening and i told her to come to this concert. she said she was sleeping and that she would call me back. she never called back

Dear X...Do you think she was sleeping, did she sound like that or was she just faking? Maybe she is not into you so much, but that is just one possibility. She was insincere if she lied about sleeping so don`t fuss about it.
The other option is that she just didn`t want to go to the concert, maybe she was concerned that she wouldn`t be able to find you amond those pople so she is now waitin for you to call her again.
If you had a good time together and you felt something, that you shouldn` t be worried because she is probably into you.

If you asked her to a free concert and she didn't wanna go, even as friends, then leave her alone. It seems like she isn't interested, or maybe she is shy. It depends on how well you know her!
