do not cut your hair for en entire year. don't even have it trimmed.
on average, it takes 3 months for your hair to grow 1/4 inch, that means in a year, your hair will have grown an inch. at the end of the year, only cut the split ends, or have someone you trust do it.

i honstly gonna get you the best advice i can look i had long hair because i never cut it only at the ends each month my mom never cutted my hair because she said long is better so do what i do cut the ends each month and it will grt long faster than you think

take prenatal vit's and dont cut your hair. Its also based on how you eat. Eat healthy and you want have a problem with that.
