First, be sure you have strep throat by going to a doctor or health clinic and getting a proper test. They will swab the back of your throat with a big Q-tip.
Antibotics will clear it up. You may also have an ear infection along with it, or inflammed eustachian tubes, causing the ear ache.

Strep can only be treated with antibiotics if you are not allergic to penicillan it is the best. I used to get strep about once a year, I always got an injection of penicillan clears it up in about 3 to 5 days. There are of course other antibiotics to use but that one works the best. and yes it will cause alot of saliva, bad bad breath and ear aches. See your doctor as soon as you can.

oh you poor thing. You usually need an antibiotic to really clear a strep throat. I suffer with them often, and a quick fix is to gargle Dispirin, dissolve two and gargle for a couple of minutes, do not swallow it, spit it out. And of course if you get sore throats, earaches are inevitable, ear nose and throat are connected through your tubes. Try the dispirin thing and get plenty of fluids, but you will need an antibiotic to get rid of the bug.

Please take it seriously, and go to the doctor and get some anti biotics. It can cause problems with all of these things, and in extreme cases, it can damage your heart.
