My coffee first. I hate the mixture of toothpaste and food or drink. No matter how well you rinse it's still there.

Except while you are in Hydrotherapy( drinking 6-8 glasses of pure water first thing in the morning) its always better to brush first and then take anything in. The bacterial colony inside the mouth multiplies a lot in the night and if ingested, can cause problems!!!

it is best to do mouthwash as u wake up ; and brush after breakfast so that your mouth become clean from breakfast to lunch. but for this routine its essential to brush in night after last meal.

if i have to go work, i will brush my teeth first. but if holiday, ill brush my teeth later, maybe after eat or long after i wake up.

even the layout of the home promotes this, the bathroom is nearly always closer then the kitchen
