There ain't no such thing as a "perfect girlfriend" YOU are who you are if the male don't like how you are,look,sound,walk,talk ect then that is there problem don't change because some male want's you to or want's you to be so perfect if we were all so perfect then every one would be the same and then it would be a very dull and boring world

For me the perfect girl would have an amazing personality, i.e funny, smart, empathy, respect for the world. And obviously in a ideal world would have a gorgeous but imperfect body. But tellin the truth if u find sumone with an ace personaliy and ok luks then uve almost hit the jackpot anyway.

I don't know what other look in a girl.............but I am sure girlfriend should be capable to understand feelings and respect them.
She must goodlooking may by colour or creed but by heart. Soft spoken is another thing I wish my girl friend should have.

Guys like the following (not in serial order.....)
Goodlooking : Doesn't matter what they say but they do like attractive girls...
Decent : Guys like decency (Doesn't matter how indecent he himself is)
Intelligent : Guys like / adore intelligent girls (Don't act like Paris Hilton who doesn't even know who Tony Blair is...)
Respectful : Any guy would love to get himself killed for a girl who love and more importantly respect him (Male ego satisfaction , you know)
Vulnerable : Ask for his help in anything that you are not comfortable doing... He would love doing it... like hold his hands while corssing a busy street.. (again male ego satisfaction)
Last but not the least.... Smell fresh and keep clean..
I am sure there must be much more but there are like ofhand types....

get confidence in yourself,then if he likes you he will like YOU not a person you are trying to be for him.get rid of the idea to be perfect for anyone because that person isn't perfect either.

someone who is easy going, looks do count to a certain extent, but that is only a stepping stone for me to find out her character, if i dont like her character then nothing she can do will make me feel attraction for her
