Are you kidding, We can't wait.

I have never actually believed in the rapture, but I have been praying fervently that I would be proven wrong on this.

I just can't stop thinking how beautyfull the garden was before everyone started judging everything and messed it up for everyone.

I keep thinking of what it will be like once all of the judgmental people are gone.

It will be like heaven on earth.

I live my life, praying as much as i can, to a GOD that i firmly believe in. Can you explain life without speculation? Can you explain time? these are things that above and beyond our knowledge, just like the rapture. There are miracles happening every second, and logic? logic shouldnt be the entity that goes against Faith, it should guide faith into believing what is real and true. Well, all i can say is that i'd rather live my life believing there is a GOD, rather than living it without any belief in GOD then when the time of death arrives... to see HIM

I have faith, yet I follow no religion. I live every minute of my waking hours trying to do the best in Deed, Word and Thought; for God, myself and everyone around me. I do this out of the love of God and the love of the world around me.

You are obviously a church man, can you honestly say the same? Or do you talk the talk, yet do not walk the walk?

My answer is I welcome the "rapture" as you call it, yet I am no longer a Christian, preferring the more stringent Pagan Ideals.

Love and Light

(In the Latin Bible rapere meaning "to catch up," is the translation of the Greek harpazo, 1 Thess. 4:17). The coming of Jesus to take His church out of the world, "like a thief in the night", ie, suddenly, unexpectedly. Dates for this event can not be predicted from the Bible.

But as you've just joined the chatter - I guess you'll be sticking around a bit longer.

2 Athiest 12:32-36 (NIV)

32 Beware of Christianity, for in its doctrine lies the destruction of mankind
33 They will tear down his sanctity and remove his ability to think or act in his own accord
34 Their blind devotion to a thing which cannot be known but somehow through unexplained revelation commands them to supress his fellow man, will be the undoing of all reason and logic
35 For in His name, they will kill and destroy individuality and replace it with spoon fed morality
36 And with these beliefs, their wisdom will be none

I'm not really sure what rapture is, but judging from the etymology of the word "rapture," I'm guessing that it's being raped. If that's the case, no, I'm not ready.

Are YOU ready for your alien abduction and subsequent anal probing (they're very fond of doing that, it seems)? Because I think the odds of that happening are probably greater then the odds of your rapture.

As someone who does not believe in deities and does not follow the christian theology I do not feel the need to prepare myself for an event which in my own belief system will not happen.
