Mine is 95% receptive for both and the doc has me on Chemo, after that Radiation and after that Hormone for 5 years.

I think it is a double-edged sword. I am ER+ and Her2 +. Yes, I can take Tamoxifen for the 5 years, but it also means that my tumors thrived on estrogen. My doctor explained it as being like adding fuel to the fire. So while I can take the drug for the 5 years (I have 3 years to go) I guess I will always have the fear of having estrogen in my system. Plus the whole thought of becoming pregnant again (I am 31 now, 29 and pregnant when I was diagnosed)....I don't know if that is still an option.

It all boils down to cancer sucks. That's the long and the short of it.
