Walk on water....with the right boots, or creat the specail effect with a sand bar or glass under the water.

Turn water into wine....with dehydrated wine powder.

Bring the dead back to life... done all the time in A&E /Casulty

Immaculate conceptions... happens all the time due to crappy sex ed and teenagers fooling around getting pregnant still virgins ie via fingers or splashes.

Rain fire from the sky... visit Lebanon

Burning talking bush... aint that were cannibis grew?

Massive flood ... that one appears to have been the result of a huge natural dam burst near istanbul resulting in the creation of the black sea... a mother of a disaster

Why need a god when we can do what they used to think only gods can do... And does that make us gods as some instances where we have turned up with technology and been seen as gods by the natives...

Humans as a specaies work by all having common goals whatever they are and each playing a part... ie meaning of life could be being the best doctor, entertainer, farmer you can be... for the betterment of the pack.


Plus it helps if we have a common goal like in a war or say to stop and asteroid, or live comfy etc...

and also its relaxing having answers for how things work even if simply dumb like the leprechans did it...

I agree that what were considered miracles were either made up, exaggerated or illusions perpetuated on the ignorant. I also agree that we dont NEED a god, we dont have one, therefore if we needed one we wouldnt be able to exist. But what you seem to be suggesting is that humans can be like gods. Isnt this were we ran into trouble in the past? Jesus and various other people have come along and said they are god, or have godlike powers. Which they may or may not have really believed themselves. Whether they were deluded or liars is not for us to know now, but other people believing it was possible to have godlike powers enabled these delusions to be accepted by many people down the generations. Attitudes like yours created the possibility for the religions you seem to dislike. Plus we as individuals are not capable of achieving all that you state, it is only by working together and combining our strengths (or weaknesses) we achieve great / big things.

I think that you are a bit confused here. Jesus was the Son of God, not God. To confuse things more you are also taking stuff from the Old and the New Testaments.
Immaculate Conception or virgin conception? There is medical evidence that a woman who has never 'known' another man can actually have a child. The child is a clone of its mother and the cells just start growing. Could give us some idea of how cancer starts!
Massive flood, fine! Could have been a Tsunami. A natural disaster - but parting the water? Well, that apparently also has a natural explanation. There is a possibility that at low tide the Red Sea has a causeway that would allow people to cross.
