If you have a viral load you have HIV. Sorry
Viral load testing is extraordinarily sensitive, but it is not perfect. The most sensitive viral tests can only detect 40 or more viral particles per milliliter in a sample. It is therefore false to assume that an "undetectable viral load" means there is "no HIV present." A person with "undetectable viral load" can indeed transmit the virus to someone else.

The downside to PCR's sensitivity is its somewhat lower ability to eliminate false positive results caused by RNA other than HIV. This incredible sensitivity also means that the smallest inattention while cleaning lab equipment after a previous infected sample could contaminate a negative sample and cause a false positive.

I have read in alot of places that coconut milk, coconut oil can help reduce the viral load substantially in HIV/AIDS patients. There's an acid in coconut call lauric acid that is a natural antiviral. Some of the articles that I have read have even gone so far as to say that this is a possible cure for HIV/AIDS. You know, medical professionals will say that there is no cure for HIV/AIDS. Personally, I believe that God is the best knower and the best healer and in his creation he has created something to cure ALL illnesses. We, as a society, just has to have faith in his creation and believe Him because He knows much more than any doctor could ever know!! I know from personal experience that herbs can cure while pharmaceutical drugs just "treat" symptoms. A little faith can go a looonnnggg way!! Trust HIM!!

It is such a shame, and scary that there is no explanation as to HOW you could have become HIV +. I would be wracking my brain trying to think of ANYTHING that could have gotten me into this situation; the dentist, oral s*x, ANYTHING. I'm not sure how that will help you at this point, except perhaps enable you come to terms with what has happened. You must accept that you are HIV+ and use all precautions from here on out. Do not live in denial and put someone else's life in danger. I'm sorry this has happened to you. Take care of yourself!
