this is of course an hipotetical question non is sure wether or not we would feel bad once we are death . but think about it how would u feel if the country u had given your life for called u criminal , compare u to a terrorist and pretty much said that u have no rights ???

Mexicans and latinos are the most likely to die while working for America still America calls them by names and has little respect for them .

Pretty sh!tty! It is sad that our government (or any government...think certain tribes in Africa, or the indigenous in Mexico) could treat any group of people badly. There are immigrants in our military that are risking their lives for a country that shows racism against them. Think back to slaves in the military! I hope that this immigration media frenzy will end soon, and people will stop blaming everything on illegal immigrants! Until then I will have to deal with people making rude comments about my husband, and being angry when I speak another language in front of them, because they THINK I am talking about them. It is ignorance, and I am tired. So tired.

I don't know that non-americans (or even americans) really work "for" America. I'd think they work for their own gain.
I personally know that I will never be death. I certainly (at some future point) will be dead, but not until death overtakes me.
but.... back to your question. You don't say what type of 'rights' you are talking about. What many talk about when tehy talk about rights are those rights that the Constitution (& related documents) give the citizens of the United States. But.... they are only afforded to the CITZENS of the United States, not visitors of any type or anyone else!
This country gives undocumented workers & their families quite a bit (free education of their children & medical care.) I am all for education. My children will benefit if they live in a more educated world. I do not however, feel the need to give medical care to anyone. If Things were so great in Mexico or whatever country someone comes from, they wouldn't be coming here by any means possible. They wouldn't get medical care at home, why should they get it here?

Mexican Americans or illegals that have fought in the military have not been called criminals ever, it is a fast track to citizenship, but their have been few takers. I have never heard of an illegal dieing working for an employer, even if an American citizen died on the job we don't say he died working for America he is working for his family and leaving the money here in America, not like the illegals that send most of it to Mexico. Mexico is the one you should be pissed at not the American people for wanting people to come legally. Sorry doesn't wash.

I am grateful that they are here and contribute to the economy. However there are legal ways to enter this country and those routes should be exercised first. My boyfriend was an illegal and because he was and broke the law by drinking and driving he was not only jailed but deported. They have options but they choose to break the law. If I were to enter Mexico illegally I would be arrested and deported. People from South American countries that enter Mexico Illegally are taken to jail and deported.
The law is the law and is there for a reason. It is always better to work with the law than against it.

Look, if you're in the military, then you wouldn't be illegal. If you died in a lawn-mowing accident, then you died for your employer, not the country. Further, not all Latinos are illegals or even not a citizen by birth. Puerto Ricans are Latinos and they are citizens before they even reach the Mainland.

Nobody is always a good person! Nobody cares what they are called after they have died.

the two persons who refer to dying should learn how to spell dying.
