Treason is punishable by death according to the Constitution.

We shall let the law be our guide.

The Constitution also prevents cruel and unusual punishment.

So yes, death, but not slow and painful.

Stop trying to make us out to be vengeful cruel people. The Muslim extremists are the ones that would do such a thing. A person who is a traitor should be sentenced to life in prison.

Traitors should be executed in my opinion. If you have no loyalty to God and Country your not much of a person. But not slow and made to suffer. Make it quick!

Depends on what he did to become a traitor. Was he bad mouthing the pres? Then no. Did he blow up an American building? Then he needs to be put in the desert in a shed and blown up when he least expects it.

Let him live but give him a life sentence(count it as a slow death). No parole, no special treatment, notta. Give him those years to think about what he had done. If another inmate kills him well that was just bad luck.

I dont think you should kill . Unless of course you have NEVER commited a sin in your whole life , then you can do whatever you want. It's not your place to choose who lives and who dies . Leave that to your GOD . Or suffer the consequences.

There are different degrees of traitor. If someone deliberately was conspiring against their country, they should be punished. Otherwise, their intentions should be examined.
