Why would my boyfriend not tell me he had herpes?

I only tried to answer your question honestly. How long have you been with you boyfriend that you would simply toss him to the wind ? I think women like you hate men and are just bashing us on this website as some kind of lesbian come on thing. Men love with their hearts and get burnt all the time . Why would you wish bad things on me and then tell me to find Jesus. Honey, I know God and you need to get him/her in your life know.

some do not know they carry the virus. just like chicken pox, it can lay dormant for many years and all the sudden your wondering where the heck did they come from. others have more aggressive strains where they break out often.
herpes however, is different. if your infected, you may not appear to have any symptoms that would require a doctors visit. some cases do not appear for many years after.

chances are he may have known about being infected....but then again, maybe not.

there have been many cases of herpes and accusations of "whom gave it to whom".

if you've ever had sex before it could of been you being infected instead of him being infected.

herpes disease does not always end in a noticable "break out" period.

also, sometimes after a long sesson or vigorous sexual intercourse section you can get what they call a "honeymoon" rash....it is not herpes, just from lots of friction.
You could also have a yeast infection and spread it back and forth between the two of you.

Nonetheless, see your doctor to be sure it is herpes.

When did he find out he got it? A lot of people don't want to tell someone because they are ashamed or embarrassed.

I have personally dated a guy before that told me he had genital herpes AFTER I slept with him. I was pissed! I would have been even more pissed if I had got the virus from him (I already had it though from a previous relationship). Herpes is for life. Even though it won't kill you or cause serious health problems like becoming sterile, it is a virus and will be with the person the rest of their life.

They have great condoms on the market, colored, flavored, knobby and wet, any size even up the 12 inches. Why do you girls have unprotected sex. Herpes is to stay and Aids is to die.

ashamed. he may not of known... or he knew and just decided not to tell you. if you havent already.. make sure to get to the doctor... bc if you had sexual contact.. you could end up with it.. and vaginally could cause cervical cancer. i hope everything is alright. stay away from that guy... if hes lying about a big thing like that... who knows what else he will lie about
