Yeah, even though I've never been to Russia. I like pelmenis, oysters czarina (with caviar and sour cream), shashlik and borshch, as well as pierogis and beef stroganoff. Oh yeah, and chicken Kiev, black bread and kolbasa. Kvass, strawberry kvass, Crimean champagne, just about all the booze in Russia except koumiss is good.

My husband's aunt makes Purok (not sure of the spelling). It is like a big pie with a baked crust but inside is salmon and rice and vegetables. It is very good!
