I'm pretty sure, but I'll check...
Yes, there are several substitutes for milk:
"Soy milk is a good dairy milk substitute for most normal cooking/baking applications. Soy milk can be found in any supermarket refrigerated, canned or powdered. Common brands include: Isomil, All Soy, and Eden Soy."

You can use soy milk in recipes almost any time. I have found some recipes that actually said not to use soy milk because it would not thicken in the recipe. But from experience, you can use it in just about anything.

I don't know about all recipes, but I tried to make chocolate Jello pudding with soy milk once. Uh, let's just say it was not served for dessert.

Yes, you can. I use Vitasoy and I have often substituted it for real milk. Just make sure you don't use vanilla flavored soy milk to make Mac'n'Cheese - that turned out pretty disgusting...

Ohhh yeah I make noodles with it and it is good. Tastes just like you added regular milk. I use soy for everything.

Yes, it's fine. You can mix 1 teaspoon of vinegar into a cup of soymilk to make fake buttermilk. Be careful not to use vanilla soy in savory dishes like mashed potatoes. Yucky.

Yea, you can substitute them. Just like you can substitute a real egg for egg substitute.
