I just went to a few farm stands for beautiful, organic veggies... now on my kitchen table I have a lovely arrangement including chard, a huge squash (I don't know what kind. It's shaped like a huge zucchini, dark green), a squash that looks like a flattened acorn squash, carrots, yellow zucchini, summer squash, a diacon, green peppers, garlic, onions, new potatoes, cabbage, and tomatoes. Any ideas besides "tossed salad?" What is a good way to use diacon? What's your favorite way to use carrot greens? Yum, veggies!
