Yes! In some cases open wounds on the hand, but also because some STDs (herpes, warts, etc) and be transmitted that way. Syphilis too can be transmitted by hand to hand contact or hand to genital. Besides that, if you touch yourself in ANY way afterwards before washing your hands you could give it to yourself. STDs are nasty little buggers and can be transmitted lots of ways. I just attended a presentation by a sexual health center in Chicago yesterday which went over this in great detail.

Yes you can!!!!! Guys in the Army back in the 60's saw training films about getting STD's and how to prevent getting them. It showed a guy with with VD on his big toe

If girl gets some illness and if your finger gets some ulceration (wound) or if you lick it, then the risk will be true!
Sexual diseases only are transmitted by any human liquid (serum,saliva,sperm,blood,etc.)

not sure but i would think that if there where any open cutes on your finger(S) there would be not sure if u get anything under ur nail or not and also dont lick your finger!!!
