Doesn't mend a broken heart. But it's a great fast track to the instant gratification we seek as a consolation prize. Perhaps over used by some people
I don't have a menu for love, but I crave mom's mac n cheese when I have been extremely busy and am feeling run down. A pint of Ben and Jerry's is good for the PMS blues.

Chocolate and pasta (and probably a variety of other foods) make you happy - basically what they do is cause endorphines to be released in your body. I always love Lindt Chocolate but occasionally crave other kinds, too. When you're feeling low, a bit of chocolate will help brighten your spirits. But it's up to you to remember to love yourself first.
Having said that, I don't really need any special treat when I'm in love other than the presence of my lover, and then anything will turn into a treat. Nothing better than cooking a nice meal and then enjoying it together.

When I want chocolate, it always has to be dark chocolate. If you're lucky, you can occasionally get Divine 70% from agreatergift.org and it's extra-yummy 'cause it's fair-trade certified. But they don't ship to Texas in the summer. =( =( =(
As far as a 'menu for love': my husband and I currently live with housemates, so we're all cooking for four most of the time. And even when we didn't, I was very prone to cooking large quantities of food and saving the rest for lunches during the week. My sweetie is very much an omnivore, so the biggest thing I do to set aside a home-cooked meal as "special" is to cook *only* enough for the two of us for that one night. No leftovers, no sharing with anybody...it's just for us, just for then.

nope. Time helps mend your broken heart. Chocolate just lighten up the load (i think, to some people) But technically, chocolate is like the scape goat or something
none in particular...i just eat what i 'feel' like eating
none...just never forget to love yourself too in the process

Chocolate is full of happy aminos which lift your mood, as for a menu for love i would recommend a small ceasar salad for starters followed by fillet of beef, baby potatoes with asparagus and peppercorn sauce, and for desert i guess is up to you but strawberrys dipped hot chocolate sauce and cream is a must to, she/he will be coming back for more. Have Fun

Whole in the raw roasted cacao beans. Crunchy yummy warm toasty goodness with all the seratonin release of a half a hit of X
not addictive and not as fattening as processed chocolate.
If you can't find it, go to scharffenburger.com and order the bars with the cacao nibs already inside the chocolate. It is to DIE for!
