I want to have a sundae bar that guest can make themselves but i am having trouble finding a company that owns one and will show up to a wedding. any ideas?

Where are you in North Carolina? My boyfriend just moved here in January from the Greensboro, NC area (Triad)...He suggested if your from around there you could try Catering By Ellen (he used to work there) 336-370-0426 is their #!

Call a resturant supply rental company. Maybe a salad or olive bar would work. If that doesn't work check out the pictures on the sites below for ideas. You may be able to rent a small chest freezer and pre-scoop the ice cream into small throw away bowls and put them in the freezer beside the table. Decorate the table ice cream shop like or with your wedding colors and set out all the toppings. And don't forget the spoons and napkins. Or you can rent an umbrella cart to keep the ice cream cold and set up a table beside it for the fixins. Call a local ice cream shop and ask if they have someone that would want to scoop out of the umbrella cart the ice cream. Have your basic flavors chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. And ask if you can buy the big 3 gallon (? i think that's what it is) tubs from them to supply the reception.
