The first girl is pretty right but but Rae is just wrong. Cold sores are the herpes virus which is NOT HPV (Human Papilloma Virus). HPV and herpes are two completely different viruses and have NOTHING to do with each other. I've also read that about 75-80% of the world has HPV, while only about 20some% know they have it.
But back to your question....yes you can get HPV through heavy kissing with someone who has HPV. But, ONLY if the person has warts in their mouth and this is extremely rare! So your chances are very slim to get HPV this way. You are more likely to get it from having sex with someone who has the virus, or by having direct skin to skin contact with warts (most likely genital).

Unfortunately, HPV comes in 110 varieties and nearly 95 percent of the american population has at least one form and because it's a nasty little bugger, once you've got it, you've got it for life. Cold sores, for example, come from an HPV. Those can be transmitted through kissing, but only varieties 6 and 11 are the ones that cause gentital warts and cervical cancer and those are transmitted by genital contact (even hand to genital). So as long as that's not going on, you're okay. If you want to go further than that with someone who has HPV, you should probably consider getting the HPV vaccine which was just approved for use in the US by the FDA. HPV can be passed even though a condom is used.

Moles, warts, and skin tags are common skin wounds that grow naturally. Even though they are usually non dangerous, they can be awkward if located on a visible portion including the face. Epidermis wounds like moles and warts cause self confidence issues to the sufferers. An individual with moles normally turns into a loner because they don't desire to be seen in public. They think ashamed to be out in public places, so depression may naturally follow but now you can modify all of this with this particular guide from here https://tr.im/KlT6p , Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal eBook.
The writer of the eBook, Charles Davidson, is just a practitioner in alternative medicine. He's also an expert in skin care, using organic therapies to remedy various kinds of skin conditions.
Moles, Warts and Skin Tags Removal program is just a 100% natural process, proven to eliminate epidermis deformities such as for instance skin tickets, moles, and warts, irrespective of how large or small they are. It is even safe to make use of on children.

Warts can be transmitted through kissing if your partner has an oral wart, but since oral warts are less common than genital warts, that would mean he/she could've kissed or had oral sex with someone who had oral or genital warts themselves. As far as I know, getting genital warts is not possible through kissing or non-genital touching unless you kiss someone with oral warts or have oral or regular sex with someone with genital warts. But be careful, some people with the HPV virus never develop genital warts, but can still pass them on.
