Well, when it comes to actual size tootsie pops, i have no clue. But i tested it out on a MINI tootsie pop and i got 1674. No joke. My friend and I did it when we were bored becuz I had just gotten a shirt that asked that same question but it said "How many licks... The world may never know" Hehe.

it takes 184 licks it tells you on the back of the pack if you get the package that has like 20 i think they are called party packs
