You are right that it could cause an infection, but that's not the same as an STD. An STD is a DISEASE not just a bacterial infection that could spread this way. It may be true that a few cases of STDs have been spread this way, but it's not that common. STDs can also be spread through oral sex, which people rarely use proctection for.

By the way, what is 'imtimity'?

Someone can get STD's even if they use protection because some STD's are can travel through skin contact such as HPV. A condom doesn't completely cover everything. The reason why your doctor tells you to wash yourself a certain way is because doing so can prevent other types of infections such as yeast infections, urinary tract infections and pelvic inflammatory disease.

Some STD's like HIV are so small they can infiltrate through a condom, others can be caught even by the slightest touch, especially if they STD is not on the penis but in an area that is not protected by the condom

from experience there a host of factors, whether if you are using condoms and where the condoms are kept usually condoms kept in pockets and wallets are defective.
were you diagnosed as having an std and what kind.
Lastly burning urination without a discharge could be a sign of cystitis which responds to hydration post coitus.
In doubt talk with your health professional as in STD's all sexual partners have to be treated

Simple, its the exchange of fluid, between the individuals. If you wash your "private area" regularly you will unfortunately remove the natural protective that women have. It is important too wash regularly but with femine wash only.

When you have sex with people you do not really know you are asking for a "big" problem. The person you have sex with does not have to be honest...it would be right thing to do but they "don't"....so stay safe and stay healthy....good luck.

While germs do go from the anus to the vagina when wiping incorrectly or when having sex and switching to the "other way," you can't catch STD's that way. STD's have to be caught from another person. So you're saying you would catch an std from your own butt? Ummm....not possible. If your butt has an STD then your vagina would have it too duh. You can get yeast and other infections that way, but not STD's.

I agree, but that's not the only reason why. Condoms don't cover much, everything else is exposed and your skin is full of microscopic cracks that bacteria or viruses can get into. There is no such thing as safe sex. Buyer beware.

Thats right I think, because you're not supposed to do it the other way. When wiping yourself its the same thing.
