Sounds like your friend has some boils or abcesses. The white stuff sounds like pus. He needs to keep the areas around the spots clean and dry. If he is really concerned about HIV, then he needs to be retested in about 6 months because the virus can go undetected for about that long.

(1) I believe you.
(2) The test was negative, so he must have been clear when the technician read the results.
(3) The symptoms are not dangerous in themselves, so far as I can tell.
(4) Your friend was feeling very nervous, and whatever he felt could be down to that. The feeling of having blood taken from you is very eerie. I've experienced similar feelings, and I'm white.
(5) The website did not explain anything very clearly. It did not say that there was anything in particular to cause the man's untimely death
(6) Your friend should go to a doctor - preferably a non-white one, to find out what the spots are all about.

Keep your friend positive. If he believes he has contracted something, he may very well get sick. If he believes that he has not been hurt, he may very well recover from whatever it is. Your job as a friend is to keep him positive, cheerful, and not paranoid. And also to get him to a doctor you both can trust.

My advise is that he has some kind of staff infection, that sometimes happens when in hospitals. If he is worried about having hiv he should persue it and be tested again in another couple of months. good luck

Your friend's problem goes deeper than this, both of you cannot communicate in English.
