yummy! I like chicken or ground turkey, I prefer them with green chili instead of the red sauce!!!

Love enchiladas! If you like the cheese filling - try the Kraft Mexican blend (it has a flavoring to it), add some chopped onions and some chopped olives and for another kick - a little bit of chopped sliced jalepenos.

I love enchiladas. The best ones I ever tasted were made when I was cleaning out my fridge. I know they had ground turkey, cream of mushroom soup, black olives and bell peppers, but I have no clue what else I put in them!

I just had some frozen ones from Costco. I love them! I missed the ones Taco Bell used to make but don't anymore (not in Canada at least). I really love the bean (and beef if I remember correctly) filling, but also like the chicken as well.

Green chile chicken enchiladas is one of my family's favorites! I also like red chile with beef but no one in the family likes red.

Enchiladas are good, unless they are too spicy because they contain a lot of sauce. I usually perfer chicken.

we like putting turkey in ours. Good way to use up the leftover Thanksgiving and Christmas turkey.
