This is the most disjointed question I have come across. Meeting more people has nothing to do with an appetite for your canine pal. Also, it is understandable, purely logically, to eat some animal if it remains anonymous, even a dog ( although I could not bring myself to eat such meat ), but to kill and eat an animal that you consider 'my dog', implying it is a pet and thus a friend, is distasteful and I would even go far as to say immoral.

It's very important that you kill the dog before you eat it.
The correct method is to lash him on the head.
Clean him out,
Scrape the hair off the skin
Chop him up
Wash the meat with high wine (if you can't get high wine any very strong spirit will do)
Mince garlic and mix it with the meat, adding salt and more clean high wine, add chillies if liked, and any other herbs or seasonings.
Rest it for an hour or 2.
Heat up a little oil in a pan
Add the meat and brown in the oil
Throw in the garlic and high wine marinade.
Cook slowly in the marinade liquid until tender.
Serve with rice or potatoes or yam or cassava, and any vegetable you like.
This dish is particularly good in cold weather.

If the more people you meet the more you like your dog, then when you kill and eat your dog that you like are people the next thing that you are going to kill and eat? You need help you are scary!!!!

No. I think it would be inhumane and cruel. Why have a dog if you don't love it as a pet?
Questions like this are sick. I am sorry, but if eating dog/cat meat is in your culture, I cannot deal with that. If that makes me close-minded, then ok fine.
