It can very widely. I have seen people last 2 months and 20 years or more. Diet and drug taken can also affect the heath of a renal patient. Often the complications from dialyisis like infection of the blood can be set backs. The stage of the kidney failure also may affect this

You need to get on a kidney transplant list if that is your situation. After a transplant you have 10 years at pleast. Without a trans plant less.
