You could gain a little, but I would gain muscle. Do some weight lifting and take vitamins.

sounds very thin. If that is your natural weight and you eat proper, balanced meals and take care of yourself that's ok. But if you're that weight because you restrict food intake, then that is not healthy. It will actually slow your metabolism down. but don't listen to the person who said you need to ingest 1000-1200 calories a day. you need at least 1800-2400 a day. I've spoken to a dietician about the same sort of thing.

Sorry - that is way too thin for that height. If you are doing this on purpose, please don't fall into the "Lindsey Lohan" trap. She looks terrible and you will find most men do not like the painfully thin type. If you are eating normally and still cannot gain weight, I would suggest you see a doctor to rule out other conditions that might be causing this.

I would say that you could eat a little more. Also more exercise for sure.

I am 5'2 and 115 lbs. I often feel that I could bulk up. I am always the smallest person. You must be really, really tiny. So, yes.... go eat a donut!

Not for an adult over 18. You should be around 110-125 depending on body frame.

It depends on your body. If you feel comfortable, and fit then its a good weight. As long as you are injesting at least 1000-1200 calories per day. That sounds like a very fit weight to me.

Get about 10 more pounds on you and then call me. No you are just fine if you feel comfortable, if you see your ribs too define, you might want to start hitting the Campbels Chunky Soup
