1. Amy's kitchen has got a wide range of vegetarian and vegan products.
2. For a change, you could drop into some Asian/Indian store and buy the ready-to-eat range products from there. MTR, Kohinoor etc. are good vegan/vegetarian brands, for e.g..If you are vegan, please do not buy anything containing paneer because paneer is Indian cottage cheese, with milk in it. Otherwise, most of the items are vegan with most of them made of lentils/vegetables.
3. 'Lightlife' www.lightlife.com has got meatfree deli slices (they are made of soy)
4. If you are willing to cook by following simple recipes, there is a big big world of delicious dishes awaiting you to be explored. If you are interested, I can post some recipes for you.

Try Culinary Chef at http://www.culinarychef.com for recipes. As for products, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's have many great vegan products, such as from Amy's Kitchen and Yves.
