♡I would have to say NO it's not. Sushi is meant to be eaten FRESH. (*^o^*)At least WE never eat it a day later. It may develop a slight smell, funny consistency or even spoil. One of the great things about sushi is that it's made with quality, fresh ingredients. Having it the next day takes away from that. Just my opinion, (^_-)-☆ I eat a lot of sushi and sashimi here in Japan. Hope this helps!♡

It would be fine if you kept it in the refrigerator. However, the fish may not taste so good, and the rice hardens. Sushi is best when fresh, and is not recommended a day later.

I'd say no. I just have one question. How on earth did you not eat all of the sushi provided for you on your plate. The rice will be dry and the fish will be bad.

If the sushi is made with raw fish, I would stay clear of it. Fish spoils very fast.
Those made with cooked things, like shrimp or Surimi crab, will probably be OK if kept in the refrigerator.

You can still eat it if it was stored refrigerated in a covered container. I'll be stale and dry, but edible.

Is it "good" to eat? Not really.

no. it becomes hard and dry.
you can eat it (no harm, as long as refrigerated for fish content) but it doesn't taste right in terms of texture.
