you say you have *palpitation disease* so somebody already gave you a diagnosis. only a doctor can diagnose your condition. if they can't, you can't honestly expect a bunch of strangers without medical degrees to be able to.

Could be due to many things. Fatigue, stress, anxiety, too much caffeine containing drinks or foods, alcohol...these are lifestyle causes. It could also be due to your general health state...you may be anaemic, dehydrated, or suffering from a chronic infection, or have overactive thyroid gland. There could be something intrinsically wrong with your heart, especially the "electrical wiring" system of your heart which is not working well and causing your heart to beat rapidly or irregularly. I can't make any diagnosis online, but you will need to see a doctor or medical centre where they can do blood tests, ECG and a heart monitor that you wear on you for 24 hours, and echocardiogram (ultrasound of your heart). You may also need to have what's called an electrophysiological study of your heart if above investigations don't show any obvious cause. See a doctor. A good one. Maybe one in the city/major referral hospital. Trust me, I'm a doc myslef.

1st of all..."palpitation" is not really a disease, per se.... many ppl have it...knowingly, or not.

Agree with rockpool248.....U could try avoiding caffeine (smoking, tea, coffee, nescafe) for a week or two and see how it goes...
If symptoms persists....u can book appointment at IJN (Institut Jantung Negara) or other major hospitals for some tests..

If the doctor prescribed u with "propranalol" (I think it's propanolol)...then surely he/she should know the problem....
Did u ask the doctor?
