I live in southern Spain...
The most well known dish from here is GAZPACHO
a cold summer soup made with tomatoes, garlic, cucumber, peppers, stale bread, oil and vinegar... Very refreshing on a hot day. Then there is PAELLA, but that is a regional dish from another part of the country, although we make it everywhere... and ARROZ *****, which is similar to paella but only with certain seafood and the sauce is made with sweetwine and the natural ink of calamari and a little tomato sauce mixed in for better flavour and colour...Absolutely delish.
And the plate "par excellence" is FRITURA MALAGUEÑA... which is a platter of assorted fried fish
For dessert the best known is NATILLAS, a creamy custard dish with cinammon.
And there are dozens more interesting dishes...but it would hours to describe them all!

I live in Nashville, TN. We have lots of great food here. A signature dish is hot chicken. This is fried chicken made very spicy and served up on a sandwich. It's to die for!. The best is Prince's Hot Chicken Shack.

Hmmm, tough one, I'd say...HAWAIIAN!!! Mashed taro (poi), long rice, Kalua Pig, Laulaua (like spinach, normally wrapped around fish or pork), and Haupia (coconut flavored gelatin). Yummy!
