No they dont! I have worked for 3 different airlines! And I can tell you that they do not have 13th aisle. Allegiant air, that I worked for also didnt have a 7th aisle. But that was the only airline I worked for that didnt have the 7th.

It's an "AISLE" not isle. An isle is a tiny island.
