First of all the buzz word organic means that it has had no chemicials on it, the actual deffination of the word means that it comes from the earth(Which incluides chemicials such as DDT). An easy way to gain weight is to eat pasta anything with cheese, drink lots of pop (A pop a day will gain you 15 pounds in a year) or take body builder pills.

try things with lots of sugar and fat like snacks. I'm sure some organic snacks have plenty of that stuff. If it's for your health, you may need to give up a few of your fights here and there, especially if you don't eat dairy. Good luck!

Nuts, olives, and oils such as olive and canola are very high in healthy, monounsaturated fats. You could dip bread in oil and spices, like at Italian restaurants. When you cook, use these healthy oils. Eat a few handfuls of nuts everyday, especially almonds, since they also have calcium.

Avocados, nuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds, fried rice with olive oil or canola oil, potatoes with margarine, potatoes hash browned in canola oil, popcorn with canola oil. Add lots of beans, fruits, and veggies. The doc probably said you were pre-anorexic, not pro-anorexic.
