i eat mine with honey

Bogey is a build up of mucas and all the dirt we breathe in.
Have you ever noticed when you have used the underground trains, that afterwards the bogey is a black colour?

I'm not too sure its nutritious, but it doesn't stop me from eating mine.
i don't like the runny ones, just the chewy kind.

Yeah its scrupdiddlyumptious.I save mine in a big jar and have a snack now and again..They are really good for u and build up lots of energy..The only drawback is though that sometimes u accidentally end up eating a hair or two.

They're exceptionally good for you, they help build up your immune system by you putting all the bad stuff that's caught in your nose into your body!
