Try to think of a word that can be broken up to make up 2 make more than one word eg: something becomes some & thing.

Do any of these work? I tried using them in all three blanks and thought changed worked the best.
The changed doctor was changed to perform because he had changed.

what do you mean in sequence - 7 letters in seqence doesnt give enough information - with or without a dictionary -
