You need medical treatment; the warts (HPV) can be removed by surgery, cauterisation (burning it off), freezing or some ointments. You can however never be 'cured', so even when you do not show any warts, you will still be infected and can pass it on. Warts can recur at any time.

I can't believe how rude some people are....just ignore them...
Go to the doctor and talk to them about it. They might want to prescribe you a cream called Adara. It works really well. I used it about 7 months ago when I had warts and it took care of them completely. They can also freeze them or laser them off, but I personally saw this as a last resort, and tried the cream first.
Don't use over the counter products though, they can irritate the skin around your mouth, lips, and genital area. Over the counter stuff is typically for ones on your hand, feet, etc. Good luck!

Mango... is right. All that needs to happen is she needs to get the warts treated, her doctor will either freeze them off or provide her with a prescription for a topical cream such as Aldara or Condylox and that should clear them up. Then you should get tested and treat any warts that may show up on you. This is so much more common than you think and it is important to not have sex when she or you is taking treatment for them and until they clear. People who are telling you to run are obviously being slightly ignorant about the situation.

I would like to know why people think it's so fun to waste the time of others who are looking for real answers, but can never find them because there are pages and pages of nonsense and ignorance spewed out by morons with nothing better to do with their lives than tell everybody what they ate or that they are staring at a blank wall. Why don't you try learning something helpful and then sharing value in the web instead of wasting valuable time and space with your five year old mentality. You can now stop wondering why the world hates American and Americans. This country used to produce high value for the world, bar none. We were the gold standard in everything. Made in U.S.A. was the most sought after label the world has ever known. Now, we produce nonsense and apathy. All for none and none for all. Great job people.

You have to see a dr. They can treat it, but there is no cure. So you'll have to be careful when you get a outbreak.
