I love the one made with extra nokhala (mix of brown and white flower with more brown).. They prepare it in the morning and just befor lunch-time you see all the young girls carrying it to and from the local neighbourhood "oven". It is served hot at lunch-time but stays quite crispy untill breakfast the next day.

Is that that pancake looking thing they roll up and you eat the food off of it? Sick. It reminds me of an ace bandage.
