Are you underweight? If you aren't then gaining weight will be detrimental to your health.

If you are underweight and legitimately need to gain, I would suggest that you eat more nuts, whole grains, beans, fruit, and starchy veggies. Eating food that is still nutrient dense and NOT an empty calorie wasteland (i.e. junk food) will help you gain weight in a healthy manner.

I had an exchange student from Germany that stayed with us for the school year, and she was a vegetarian, but did not like vegetables. She gained a lot of weight, because she ate a lot of potatoes, Mac N' Cheese (they don't have that in Germany), and Dairy Queen was her favorite place to stop whenever we left the house. Lots of Blizzards and MOOOLATTES!!!

sure ingesting too many chips will make you fatt. as a greater healthy decision shrink potatoes into wedges and sprinklle some olive oil over them and bake them in the oven. i think of cooked this type theyy are scrummier than deep fried. as a vegetraian that's considerable you get multiple protein, look at having eggs, tofu, and a few protein powders like, whey, soya, hemp or pea protein. in case you have protein and carbs with each and every meal you will experience fuller and decide for much less food. additionally consume 4-5 situations an afternoon in smaller parts and you will do properly.

Eat junk food. You know how there are soy made patties will eat a lot of those. Eat a lot of candy that does not have any lactine (dont remember the name) then drink alot of soy milk. Eat alot of bread. There are still alot of more food that you as a vegetarian can eat. Oh and you can go to Taco Bell and Burger King and eat there vegetarian food.

? vegetarian is easy to gain weight at times because their food mainly made of flour as well. vegetarian do not just eat vegetables. -_-
take more carbo food such as noodles, rice, potatoes, vegetarian fish etc.

i would call a nutritionist at the hospital. you don't want to gain weight from the wrong foods. gotta still keep your heart and arteries unclogged.

You can also eat pizza with vegetables, pasta with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese, pasta with kidney beans...

Protein powder. Whey powder if you eat dairy, soy protein powder if you don't.

Make smoothies with it.
