Bacterial Vaginosis is considered an STD, but it can be contracted through non-sexual means. Bacteria that exists around the anus can cause bacterial vaginosis, thong underwear can transfer bacteria from "back to front" causing an infection. So technically, she could get an STD and not have had sex with anyone else.....

The answer should be no. But in other way, yes-------- because the STDs which transmit through blood. You could be infected anytime by blood transfusion, needle sharing with other persons.

only a urinary tract infection(and yes it is considered an std. or hepatitis(it's younger brother, hepatitis A is a simplex form. it's a cold sore but can escalate into more). that's all that can come to mind right now

Sure, if you inject intravenous drugs, you can get the HIV virus from dirty (re-used) needles. A large portion of people get infected this way.
