I know there are many vegetarian cookbooks on the market but I was wondering if any of you think that a vegetarian cookbook for us lazy cooks would be a good idea? The premise of the book is to have it include easy to get and everyday ingredient recipes that contain only a handful of those ingredients. Quick, fast and easy! Do you guys think there is a market for this sort of cookbook?

I have the three best books out there
La Dolce Vegan!: Vegan Livin' Made Easy
How It All Vegan!
and The Garden of Vegan: How It All Vegan Again!
They are by Sarah Kramer and Tanya Barnard ....
I absolutly love all three of these books..
The recipes in them are delicous..easy to make...and best of all they contain 'normal' ingredients, stuff you can actually buy at most groceries stores. All of their recipes are simple, and healthy.

Personally, any other cookbook that was published like these would be wonderful. It's great to have to option to have simple everyday veggie food. There is definatly a market out there.
