Rawon is East Java specialty dish it is a kind of black beef soup.It is made of diced beef, keluwak fruit (it makes the soup black), candlenut, galangal, garlic, cshallot and other ingredients.

it's an indonesian food. a soup made of beef n a spice called 'keluwak'.
the 'keluwak' gives a black colour to the broth. you eat it with rice, served with bean sprouts, sambal terasi (chili), and shrimp crackers.
