It's typically from my city Calcutta (India)and it's named Rosogolla
You can make it in the following way
Rosogolla
Ingredients:
Milk (with fat) 1 litre.
Lemon juice 1 dl.
3mm x 3mm square sugar cube 12.
Sugar 1 dl.
Water 5 dl.
Suji (white seed) 1 teaspoon.
Procedure:
Make chhana with the milk and lemon juice. Drain out the water and fasten the cloth very tightly with chhana inside and hang it for at least 12 hours. The is to drain out the last drop of water.
Take out chhana (it should be now like a hard ball), mix suji with it and grind well together in a mixer. The mixture will become very soft and fine.
Make 12 round balls with one sugar cube inside of each ball.
Mix 1 dl sugar with 6 dl water and boil. Put the round white balls one by one when the water starts boiling. Cover the pan and let it boil with the balls at highest temperature for 15 minutes.
Take out the pan from heat and cool it naturally.
1 dl means 1 decilitre = 0.1 litre. This is the conventional unit of volume measurement in Europe. So please convert as is convenient with you.
Proportion of sugar/water varies on test. The proportion given here is for those who take very less sugar.

I'm Puerto Rican....
We love plaintains...fried or boiled or baked. Yellow rice with pigeon peas. Kidney beans in a special sauce. Roasted pig. And we cook all the time with "sofrito". It's a combination of ingredients used in a lot of the things we cook. The ingredients include yellow onion, garlic, green bell pepper, sweet peppers (ajÃes dulces), cilantro leaves, olive oil, and oregano. Doesn't that sound yummy?!

I live in Fairbanks, Alaska, and we don't have a huge variety of restaurants but for some reason we've got at least 8 Thai restaurants. When you want to go out to eat, the best option is usually Thai.

I'm from Switzerland.. the land of chocolate and cheese :)
I love fondue, raclette and roesti.. and of course the bratwurst too! It just doesn't taste the same anywhere else because the fresh herbed alp air makes it taste like heaven.
