Other than a proper diet, I suggest trying Shaklee's Glucose Regulation Complex which is a truly natural blood sugar regulator.

Blood sugar fluctuation can be affected by stress, unhealthy eating, and weight gain lead to higher circulating blood glucose, carb cravings, more weight gain and lower energy.

3.9 is low. but 10.6 after food is ok.
i was recently told by my GP that if your HbA1c is below 6 it is classed as normal if it is 6.5-7.5 it's classed as good control anything over that is bad control or in need of a medicine upgrade.

i have type 2 diabetes and was told if i was under 7 in the morning I'm ok.
if i go over 14 after food to call the nurse. i take 2 metformin a day so by this i can guess your doing great.

Good luck x

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Bit of a wide variation there...the 3.9 fasting glucose is probably ok but you must be downing a heap of refined carbohydrate to get to 10.6 by bedtime. Or your treatment needs sorting.

High sugar levels lead to nasty problems so dont laugh it off, see the nurse.

What is a random blood sugar test?
This test measures your blood sugar without considering the last time you ate a meal, snack or beverage containing calories.

What's normal?
If your random blood sugar is less than 100 mg/dL (5.55 mmol/L), it's normal.

What level suggests prediabetes?
If your random blood sugar is greater than 100 mg/dL (5.55 mmol/L) but less than 199 mg/dL (11.05 mmol/L), you may have prediabetes.

What level suggests type 1 or type 2 diabetes?
A blood glucose of 200 mg/dL (11.11 mmol/L) or higher suggests you have either type 1 or type 2 diabetes.

perfectly normal blood sugar levels can fluctuate a lot due to eating and of course digesting. If you eat or drink your blood sugar can go up drastically your body will digest the nutrients in your body and your blood sugar level will start to drop again. If you were to check professional you would see that their blood sugar levels can go through the roof one minute and have nearly anything left a few minutes later, due to their extreme dietary habits
