Which kibbeh the kibbeh bals? or the actual kibbeh? The kibbeh bals have a crispy outsid eand ground meat and pine nuts on the insie, very delicious, leaves a light nutty taste afterwards. The Kibbeh the dish is really good, can be in a big loaf like meatloaf or little logs, about the size of sausage links. Very good kind of liek a fried and seasoned meatloaf. I use Syrian spice mix for mine and it has a lot of diffferent tastes, kind of like a nutmeg, cumin, and corriander taste to it. Both are very good. Best way to describe is like a spiced up meatloaf fried.

That is a delicious dish made of bourgul and filled with meat, pine nuts, and spices. It can also be made more vegetarian style without the meat, but the original recipe is delicious!
